Unless otherwise specified on our website or in the terms below, Cheetah Deals will accept product exchange or return for refund within 30 days of the receipt of shipment.

To schedule a return and obtain a return authorization number, contact Customer Support, at 800-842-6442, option 5, or visit http://support.senecadata.com/refurb/.  Please have a copy of your Cheetah Deals receipt available when you contact support.  Once Support receives your returned system, your money will be promptly refunded.  Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Refurbished computers purchased from cheethahdeals.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Software Product Key Codes (PKCs) and product DVDs are not returnable once their packaging or wrapping has been opened.  Defective items may be exchanged for the same item with 14 days of receipt of shipment.
