Dead soon after I got it ..	December 17, 2012

I knew this was an ebook reader and not a tablet. However, it was working when I got it, and then all I did was press the browser button after it was charged up.. now it's dead and doesn't come on at all.

So I'm disappointed in that, and I hope other refurbished products from here don't last so little a time if I ever order again.

Went to go to the website and found out that they are out of business. Called 800 number and out of business. I was hoping to be able to figure out how to download from the llibrary, but now I have no one to talk to tech wise.
