First one had a damaged RAM, tech support was AWESOME! FAST! SUPER NICE!! COULD UNDERSTAND HIM! He immediately sent a UPS label via email to send the computer back, he apologized profusely, and sent us another one with no fuss, no hassel and it works beautifully.  I LOVE CHEETAH DEALS!
