Certified Refurbished (B-stock)

• Fully refurbished products that have been retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications
• The system may have minor cosmetic flaws

Scratch & Dent (C-stock)

• Fully refurbished products that have been retested and repackaged to meet original factory specifications
• System may have considerable cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance, such as:
  • Scratch – Single scratch that is not deeper than the paint
  • Abrasion – Series of scratches in close proximity
  • Rub – Blemish resulting from contact with another surface
  • Dent – Generally less than ½” in diameter
  • Gouge – Slightly deeper than a scratch and penetrates the paint
  • System may be missing non-system critical (cosmetic) drive doors that would cover media reader or drive bay
