The refurbished computer we ordered was delivered promptly. It worked on start up. There was nothing we could see that differentiated this unit from a new unit other than for the following. The unit came without set up instrusctions. this would not have been a problem except that we could not find the power on/off button. A call to the help line was promptly answered but the service agent was not ale to resolve the problem. She was about to write up a return ticket when we found the solution. A great computer at a great price, with good service backing it up. What more can one ask for.
