DOA for wi-fi	November 14, 2011

The unit would not connect to the internet. After having a paid IT person work with it (to make sure I was not doing something wrong) I contacted customer service who had me spend an additional hour troubleshooting to determine it was bad out of the box. Now I get to send it back and wait for a replacement. I will update survey when I see how this process goes. The quality of a company is best revealed by how they resolve their problems.
