This is a good product for the money, although for my purposes perhaps too small. Honeycomb was difficult to navigate, internet navigation was also confusing sometimes. Refurbished product.

Overal nice tablet, but volume rocker is broken May 3, 2012

I purchased a refurbished Iconia A100 from Cheetah Deals in early April.  Overall, it is a beautiful tablet, with a crisp screen display, fast processor, and smooth OS.  Everything works as expected on the tablet, except the external volume rocker doesn't work at all.  This is disappointing, as one of the reasons I opted for this unit over a Kindle Fire was the ability to control the volume externally. This is why I am only giving it 3 stars. I guess that is what you get with a refurbished unit, and I just don't feel like dealing with the hassle of sending it back, although you do get a 90-day warranty.  Other than that, I am happy with this tablet (although I did notice the price went down $10 since my purchase!)

I purchased an Acer Iconia A100 tablet from Cheetah Deals. I had never heard of the company before, but online reviews were good and price was cheapest available. The purchase went smoothly and the product shipped very quickly. I found the same item for sale a little cheaper right after I ordered it. Cheetah Deals graciously refunded me the difference. Then again before I received the item, Cheetah Deals lowered the price themselves below the competitor price, and again I was graciously refunded the difference. Overall it was a great experience with excellent customer service. Product is working great! Will definitely shop with Cheetah Deals again.
